On Jyves website, type a question and you are prompted with real answers.
How does that work? After you type the question, users with a Jyve plugin to their Skype get the question popped up on their desktop. As users fill out their interests they get on topic questions only. Now a user can IM the answer back to Jyves and to you in real time.
There is a award system to it encouraging to ask questions and give answers.
Not only that, you can come in contact with others on topics, networking possibilities.
